What is the purpose for apple support what is the purpose for this review I have placed the reviews say that this app is not working for the last month I have not been able to obtain my three hour bonus collection. And for the last week the app just goes to Facebook and stays there the game doesnt even come up what is going on Im not able to receive my bonus credits Im not able to play when is this going to be fixed does it have to do with iOS or what. Also is there a way that you can see what Collection items you have without having to hit the return button or back button in order to see what is remaining to collect that is crazy you should be able to open up the game and see where you stand and oh by the way why are we obtaining an item that has been collected youve collected the items you shouldnt have to see them again the one that you like trying to get things like is the heart of life which is the shadow car or the ones that have to be in a treasure box it takes the game fun out of clay

I am contacting you about bingo rush 2. I installed this app the other day. I love bingo rush so much that I immediately bought credits and powerups. 1. I cannot connect to Facebook even though Ive done the recommended support for the 500 error code 3 times. All it does is stay on the loading game data for at least 10 minutes then I force closed it. 2. I choose Santamonica. I choose the only option of one card. I hit play and it goes to the joining Santamonica loading screen and doesnt go any further. 3. I cant even collect the 3 credits every 3 hours. So, I installed the game and immediately spent $40 but Ive never been able to play it.

Havent been able to collect my chips or even play the game for over a week now. All it does is keep "spinning" when Im actually able to select a card or game to play. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!! Day 9, STILL NOT WORKING!!!!!!!

Love the game. Fast and challenging. Graphics are great. I hope you add more levels!!

I dont know what the update consisted of but every time I play floral canyon Im never rewarded my winnings; I have played twice each with two cards, Ive blacked-out on both rounds and as soon as its time to collect the entire game crashes. Nope its not my internet not device. I play on my iPhone 6+ and have a steady internet connection at all times. Its not my services its the game itself. I have very little hope that my complaint will be looked at and taken seriously. I figure if enough customers complain about the same issue hopefully something will be done

I love the game, my only problem is how long it takes to bring back the B coins. Should be less than 3 hrs. Also I think that when the B coins replenish it should automatically go into the bank and not have to wait for you to come back into the game.

Incredibly fun -- when it works. Two days after I downloaded it, it stopped letting me collect the bonuses, and just spins without entering the game room (Brooklyn) with no way out except to leave entire game. I would delete and re-install except that I spent .99 cents for beginner special and Ive earned quite a few items and Im afraid to lose everything. I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME UNTIL YOU FIX THIS GAME.

Finished with all the rooms, now just collecting coins until another room opens. Fun while it lasted, now just twiddling thumbs.

Says cave in. Dont know if I like the game because for months I cant play. Very disappointed.

I love this game, but there hasnt been any new rooms added for months now. I reached 31/31 a long time ago and would like to continue further. Its about time for new rooms to be added to keep this game going like Candy Crush

Im not getting rewards for tournaments. Hourly tournament not timing out after an hour and no update on place or rewards given. Nothing on daily tournament either.

Cant even get back in the game now that I bought some coins. Every time I click on any place it just spins and spins and spins! And now it wont let me collect the earned tokens. Seriously did you just want my money?

This game just stopped working yesterday. It wont let me collect the bonus or play any games. I guess I have to uninstall it.

Ive sent several support tickets for BR2, but Bingo Blitz responds "cant find". Why have this app if u r not gong to respond? I use to enjoy playing this on my iPad and then one day several months ago after opening nothing responds. Cant collect 3hr credits; I open single play and then a level but it just spins. I try and play tournaments and it just spins. If u r still wanting us to enjoy playing this app, I think you need to fix these issues. I can play on my iPhone but its WAY TOO SMALL! FIX AND U WILL GET 5 stars

Although Ive been waiting an eternity for new rooms, I liked the daily tournament. However now it does not give any rewards for placing in the top percentile. This was a fun game, not anymore.

I have reached the limit of rooms and collections it would be nice if u updated game and added more rooms. I dont play this anymore because it became boring
